Battle of Spion Kop
A BBB game scenario based on the battle of Spion Kop.
The game is being played by Francesco, Marco and me. We have played the first two moves. British troops have managed to reach the heights of Spion Kop.
One commando holding the pass has been eliminated with good artillery fire from three batteries and the infantry Brigade on the heights.
Another commando has been forced to evade since it was attacked by British cavalry attacking on the flanks of the rifle pits line.
The battle ended very badly for the Boers, with the British cavalry assaulting Boer Commando units trying to hold a line without cover.
On the third move the Boers called off the day.
