These venerab1e rules were first published in 1976 by Battleline Publications, but do not seem terribly aged. They use the simultaneous movement system which was popular back then, but do not require writing orders. Instead non-charging units must be moved within a five minute time period. Morale, fire and melee are all handled in a straight- forward, common-sense manner. Overall, this is a solid, useful set of rules.
