We received paper ACW flags from Joe Pelar of Pelar Graphics (105 Friedline Ln, Latrobe, PA, 15650 9543) for review. Pelar Graphics produces ACW flags in color for both 25mm and 15mm scale figures. The flag sets available include a wide variety of flags for both sides including some state flags, corps flags, brigade flags, regiment flags, battery flags and battalion flags. The prices vary from 40 cents for one 15 mm flag to $1.50 for a set of four. A set of four 25 mm flags is $2.00. I like these flags. They would be a boon to those who do not excel at painting details. Purists could quibble about fuzziness of the borders on some of these flags, however, I suspect that most ACW hobbyists will be pleased that these flags are available.
