Decipher Inc. of Norfolk, VA and FASA Corporation of Chicago, Illinois have announced that they have signed a letter of intent for Decipher to acquire FASA and its subsidiary, Ral Partha. The purchase is expected to be completed within 60 days. Warren Holland, Chairman & CEO of Decipher Inc. stated.
