Atlas Games and Robin D. Laws are pleased to announce that Atlas Games will bring back into print the role-playing hit Feng Shui in 1999. Feng Shui, the action- movie role-playing game of serious butt-kicking, was first published in 1996. Since then, however, the rights to the game have reverted from Daedalus Entertainment original publisher, to Robin D. Laws, the game's creator. This new agreement between Laws and Atlas Games will bring the game back to life.

"It is an honor to take up the reins of this ground-breaking RPG," said Atlas Games President John Nephew. "We look forward to bringing back the game and supporting it with a string of supplements."

Many details of Feng Shui's re-publication are still in flux at the time of this release. This much is clear now: Atlas Games will print a new version of the core game, which will be similar to the Daedalus edition in content but not graphic appearance. Atlas Games' current publishing schedule call for a Gen Con (August 1999) release. The core book's re-publication will be followed by a full line of supplements.

"Feng Shui is a seriously bitchin' game," said Atlas Games Creative Director Jeff Tidball. "Gamers have been deprived of new Feng Shui material for way too long. We're going to put a stop to that heinous tragedy."

Feng Shui fans can rest assured that Atlas Games is taking Feng Shur's re-release very seriously. In fact, Atlas' assumption of Feng Shui is similar to its 1996 purchase and subsequent publication of Ars Magica, the role-playing game of medieval magic. Since undertaking Ars Magica, Atlas Games has produced a new edition of the core rules and ten supplements to date.

Robin D. Laws is widely regarded as one of the best game designers writing today' other than Feng Shui, he has written gaming materials across the spectrum, for Deadlands, Earthdawn, Over the Edge, On the Edge. His first novel, Pierced Heart was, published by Atlas in 1996.
