‘Brick and Mortar’ is used to denote a traditional retail store located in a commercial district.

‘Consortium’ is a group of guys who work together to produce a product. They will split the workload and profit. It is seen most often in Painting Services.

Ebay is the internet auction website that is currently so popular.

‘Fly the Flag’ is a term used to show people that you are in the area. It is most commonly used in conjunction with a local convention.

GAMA is the game Manufacturers of America Association.

‘Half Price Vultures’ refers to customers who will not buy until products are sold a steep discounts. They circle the area with few purchases until the time is right.
