China has announced that it will be building the new Finback IIM, a Finback II, with a Russian-supplied Zhuk radar.

The Finback as featured in Issue 5 on page 13. It is presently fitted with the High Lark, and even if fitted with the early-model NO-10 Zhuk it will represent an increase in capability, because it is compatible with newer missiles, and can engage six targets at one time. It also has modest terrain-following capability.
