As far as I know only Dixon (28mm) and Falcon US???? (25mm) make figures for this conflict. However, I cannot find a list of Falcon Figures for the period but have seen an old ad that included Dahomey Amazons, FFL and Fr Marines in tropical helmets so that could work, if you can find them. Only Caliver Books lists them as available. Dixon’s collection includes five packs of Dahomey’s: King Behanzin and attendants; Dahomey Men (4); Amazon Headhunters (4) at least two are holding heads very nice; Amazons marching?; Amazons with muskets and machetes nice variety. For the French there are ten packs: FFL advancing (4); FFL bugler, mule minder and two dead; Marines advancing; FFL skirmishing (4); Tirailleurs Advancing two packs (4 per pack); Tirailleurs marching (4); French Officers and NCOs at least two have the arms raised in what looks like surrender; pack mules (2); and native bearers (4). With the OBs supplied above any size action can be fought. I think that generally the French formed into three basically equal units and formed together to fight major battles. There is plenty to go on with TSATF or any rules and the figures available. Dahomey War Part 2
