Get rid of resource points (my Utopian dream). Or at least get rid of the counters and give players a chart (photocopyable) or track instead. New RPs remain listed in the OBs and may be accumulated, and "users " must be in supply to expend them. Adjust available shipping and railcap if necessary to account for the fact that players will not have to manually move scores of counters all over the map. The benefits to playability are obvious.
