Notes

1. Setup: Iraqi troops enter in road column with 112 of the travel march move already expended to reach the board edge. They are placed in order of entry as described in the OB. They receive all spotting, firing and morale modifters for travel march. This special movement rule only applies for the turn of entry of the lead Iraqi brigades of Medina and Hammurabi, and does not apply at all to the follow up troops of Hammurabi Division.

2. AFV Transporters: The 2S1 are carried on the transporters. The 2S1 may not set up to fire until unloaded. It takes 2 full turns to unload the 2S1 from the transporter. The battery is treated as if under a full advance order while unloading. These guns may not set up until unloaded. Transporters are treated as heavy trucks for movement and combat purposes.

3. Ammunition: The Iraqi players are restricted to their basic ammo loads of the vehicles. No ammunition resupply is possible within the context of the game.
