The Yugoslavians and Macedonian Rebels start on the board, while the Greek Army enters on the south edge on Turn 1, while the Bulgarian Army enters on the east edge on Turn 2. Victory conditions for the sides are as follows: (Victory Conditions are expressed in % of starting force for that side.)

GREEK ARMY:

    Yugoslavian less than 50%
    Own forces greater than 75%

YUGOSLAVIAN ARMY:

    Greek Army less than 50%
    Yugoslavian Army Greater than 80%
    Macedonian Rebels less than 75%

BULGARIAN ARMY:

    Greek Army less than 75%
    Yugoslavian Army Less than 75%
    Macedonian Rebels less than 25%

MACEDONIAN REBELS

    Yugoslavian Army less than 50%
    Bulgarian Army less than 50%
    Macedonian Rebels greater than 50%
