Active Infantry Divisions were made up of the Regular Army, and current Conscription Class, and recalled Reservists who had served in the past three years. 2. The Active Infantry Divisions were numbered as follows: 10th, 11th2 13th2 14th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, 36th, 42nd, and 43rd. 3. Staff Telephone Wagons can be used to give orders only to units which were emplaced at the start of the game, and which have not moved since then. 4. The Divisional Antitank Company had one of its 25/1,72 AT Guns replaced by a 47mm AT Gun in early 1940.
