Stone Mountain has some 19 new 15mm DBA armies by Chariot, manufactured under license. These include Martu, Aramean Syrian, Neo Hittite, Arazawan, Hurri-Mitanni, Old Elamite, Mannean, Phrygian, Urartian, Cypriot, Egyptian Revolt, Dark Age/Geometric Greek, Spartacan, Meriotic, Nordic Bronze Age, Beaker Culture, Urnfield Celt, and European Battleax Culture. Wargames Foundry has released a batch of Flavian Dynasty Romans (Early Imperial) - Legionaries and Auxilliaries - in 25 mm. The figures include a Legatus, Junior Tribune, a walking Tribune with a vine stick; 5 Legionaries with pilum or gladius, and 4 spear-armed auxilliary infantry, wearing mail and coolus helmet. There are also a number of new Late Roman Empire Cavalry of the 4th and 5th Centuries AD. These include 9 Arthurian cavalry, 3 Frankish cavalry, 6 Roman horses, 2 Pictish ponies, and 3 Arthurian/Frankish horses.

They have expanded their 25mm Napoleonic line with a group of Napoleon, 5 Marshals, 3 aides, and a couple of assistants and guards. There is also a set of Austrian Hussars, one mounting up, one in the saddle, another accepting a drink from a sutleress, an NCO, and some horses. Finally, there is a group of Bavarians looting, comprised of 5 infantry, 2 running chickens, and an assortment of livestock and other comestables already in hand. Soldiers and Swords Games is producing a 24-figure pack of Hessian Musketeers in their 25 mm Washington's Wars line. The package, priced at $6.95, contains both firing and advancing poses. They are also bringing out a modeling compound, called Quicksilver, intended to compete with Super Fine Milliput.

SS&G is promising to change Napoleonic and Medieval Wargaming forever with two new sets of rules to be released at Cold Wars. Napoleon at War will sell for $16.95, Knighthood: The Age of Chivalry for about $20.00, with a companion set of skirmish rules for about $12.00. Wonders of Napoleon exhibit catalogs, depicting the artifacts in the recent Memphis exhibit in some 225 color photos, is available from the Napoleonic Society of America. Drew's Militia, a British line of 20 mm WWII figures, is now available in the U.S. from The London War Room. Recent additions include the German Brandenberg command, Gestapo and SD, and 3 civilian French police. These are the first of a series of partisan and resistance fighters. 18 Fallschirmjagers in type 1 and 2 smocks and 6 Belgian fortress troops have been released, ready for recreating the assault on Eben Emael in 1940.
