Wargames Foundry continues to bring out new figures. Recent 25 mm additions include 42 Napoleonic Bavarian infantry and cavalry; a range of Persian and Pelopponeasian Wars figures with 12 Greek cavalry, 32 Persian Immortals, 4 early Persian infantry, and 5 late Persian infantry; 6 Australian WWI infantry, a British Mark 4 Male tank, and several WWI vignette groups. Their 40mm ACW line now includes 12 cavalry, plus Grant and Lee, along with a choice of 8 horses. CinC has 5 HMMV versions out in 1/285: 2- and 4- litter ambulances, M-60 LMG, .50 HMG, and MK-19 GL, the last three with deep wading kits. New additions to the WWII line include US bazookamen and .30 machinegunners, Germans armed with Panzerfausts, Panzerbushe 54s and 7.62mm MGs, and Western European office buildings.
Stone Mountain is updating its ACW figures and redoing its packaging in the process. Current packaging will be available through I Mar 1994, while effective I Sept, the 15mm figures will be reposed with additional action poses, and packed in multiple pose packages of 25 figures, priced at $7.50. The Nafziger Collection has added a pile of WWII TO&E's and OB's: the list is 20 pages long, with individual OB's varying from a couple of pages to 40 or so, at .25 a page. Quality Castings continues to produce WWII 15mm men and vehicles, just what's needed to build the units you turn up in the Nafziger OB's. New this quarter are a Pzkw IV F and IV F2, as well as updated versions of the Pzkw IV H, IV G, and IV D. All of these come with both open and closed cupolas and a tank commander figure. The US M37 3/4 ton truck has also been updated, and now has a canvas top. There are 5 packs of British paratroops, and the German infantry packs have had 3 new figures added. Magna-Dots is a line of color coded magnetic markers available in circles, triangles, stars, arrows, squares, and domes, along with printed steel movement stands with which they can be used to indicate orders, status, strength, or other information. Great Guns Thunder is a set of rules for naval warfare in the age of the great gun, based on Fred Janes's 1898 rules. Imperialist Enterprises is beginning to produce 25mm figures for the War of the Spanish Succession (1702-14). The initial release includes English officers, Musketeers, Fusilier, Grenadier, Cavalry officer, Horse trooper, Dragoon, Ensign, and dismounted Dragoon. Emperor's Headquarters is now carrying Hallmark figures, which has a 15 mm Marlburian line of 29 foot and 16 mounted; 39 pieces of 17th-18th centry artillery, pontoons, and seige items; 27 carts, wagons, and horse sets; and Figurehead 1:2400 ships in Napoleonic and Renaissance periods.
