Hail and well met, friend Dragonslayers, or should I, Melody ap Isildur, Elven Loremistress, declare, Olore' es Tel'Quessin -- Good Day from the People!
After a salubrious sojourn among the various sanctuaries of my kindred throughout the Realms and, I might add, with the estimable assistance of my most humble Lyrist Bard, Harmony Springsong of clan Silverbirch, we are delighted to present, and enchanting glimpse into the daily existence of these oft confused kindred, which as a whole, embody the People themselves.
In this series you will not only gain a preview into elven life and philosophies, as differentiated among each kindred, but also popular customs, and two popular deities, each with their own mythos that blend and contrast with each other much as the very forest realms in which their children reside.
We will start with a journey, deep into the virgin forests of the Sylvan folk... Sweet water and light laughter until next we meet...
