Leicester Micromodels Ltd. publishes this volume, which has heavy slick paper covers, but the inside consists of 28 pages of photo-offset- printed typewriting. These rules are written for the 1:4800 scale ship models made by Leicester Micromodels but can be used with any scale of ships up to 1:1200. The sea scale is 1:20,000, each tactical move represents 3 minutes and each strategic move equals 1 hours of real time. These rules seem more complicated than the previous ones, or, at least, not so clearly presented. Special features include a section on strategic movement, search etc., plus simulation of radar, aircraft (and carriers) and anti-aircraft units. The price in the US is a modest $1.90 and they are also distributed by Bill Dean Books Ltd.
