I am looking for any information on the trumpeter's uniform of the Saxon Hussars in the 1806-09 period. Also can anybody suggest the books which give detailed accounts of the history and uniforms of the Saxon army, 1792 - 1815. I have the easily available English language books (Rawkins, Von Pivka etc) but would like to move onto the "hard stuff'.
