I was recently sent a copy of this journal via my membership of the International Napoleonic Society, as part of their commitment to expanding awareness of what is going on in the Napoleonic world. This is published by the War of 1812 Consortium in the USA. The edition I have is Volume 11, No.3, Summer 1997 (there are four issues per year). It contains articles on The Real Uncle Sam, the Battle of Horseshoe Bend, re-enactment reports, the Ohio Frontier Campaigns of 1812, book reviews, and details of conferences and other events relating to this war.
