This society requires men of a highly disciplined nature who must be self-motivated and have a keen interest in Napoleonic history; able to commit themselves to one weekend per month to join and participate in a period recreation of Napoleon's famous and immortal Old Guard (Grenadiers, Lancers and Artillery - they possess four full-size guns). Men with a military background are most welcome. In return the society offers members a small family-orientated group who travel all over Europe.
