This organisation has produced two new publications that will be of interest to naval historians and Nelsonian enthusiasts.

Mr Lock: Hatter to Lord Nelson and his Norfolk Neighbours by Kenneth Cliff looks at the visits made by Nelson to Lock & Co. Ltd, the internationally known hatters of St. James Street in London, and his purchase of his cocked hats there. This is very much a narration of the visits of the Admiral through the eyes of James Lock who attended him. The book is published by Wendy Webb Books and is available from the Nelson Society priced £7.95.

Countdown to Victory by Peter Goodwin examines 101 questions and answers about HMS Victory and reveals facts or angles about the ship not commonly known before. It is published by Manuscript Press priced £7.95. (Postage and packing is extra for non-Nelson Society members)
