I find that the winter months allow me more time to indulge in my research interests, as there are not so many events to organise or attend (excluding that expensive and intrusive thing called Christmas). Perhaps this time of year allows you more time to pursue your Napoleonic interests, be it painting that new batch of figures recently purchased or visiting a particular museum. During the winter months the Napoleonic Association is busy planning next years events, both reenactment and research-orientated. We have the dates confirmed for the two conferences in 1995. They are:
