The Warre has begun

Just finished three units and two Generals for my new Thirty Years War vintage project. Two lancer units, one irregular cavalry unit can now join my two Cuirassier Units.

Figures are Minifigs and some unknown make:

• one lancer unit is made with English Renaissance lancers, a bit outdated but may do in a Spanish army.
• The second lancer is definitely Spanish, of an unknown make.
• The Irregular horse is made with Polish irregular cavalry from the renaissance range. I decided not to base them on a large 100mm round base, but to base them singly, in such a way that it will still be noticed as an irregular unit. The bases will have to touch sides to mimic the round base required by the rules.
• The two generals are Prince Rupert, fro the ECW range and some other ECW General I did not recognise.
