15mm figures

Steve Jamieson with 19th Century Miniatures is the only miniature manufacturer I know that is as cheap as I am. He sent Terry some figures with a note on a scrap piece of paper. OF COURSE he does not include his address forcing me to look it up. Fooled you Steve, I can too read!!! 19th Century Miniatures address is 13595 Green Street, Grand Haven MI, 49417 phone 616 837-7045.

Now I have real mixed problems with this review. First I know Steve and he is a great guy and he has the figures priced at an obscenely low price. Frankly I do not understand how he can make money at the price he sells these things. I know I couldn't. While the mounted figures are the standard 12 for $8.00, the foot can be bought in bags of 48 for $10.00. That gentlemen is about twenty cents each. However the down side is I really do not like the proportions/scale of the body parts. However we all have seen those weird figures that look awful and paint up into favorite units. So on the quality of the sculpting I would say there is considerable room for improvement. But as to the cleanness of the casting and the price on the 48 man bags, I would say you will certainly be getting more than your monies worth.
