Hello to all my fellow wargamers. This is the first issue of Rebel Yell I have constructed. I want to acknowledge the hard work of the former editor Bryan Stroup. Unfortunately for all of us, his personal life has prevented him from continuing his work on the newsletter. I hereby beseech you all to contribute articles and photos to me as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience during the transition of the Rebel Yell. You all may have read my short bio before. I will leave it in for this issue so you know to whom your complaints should be lodged. Thank you once again for your tolerance I am 39 years old and have been a member of HGMS East since 1993. 1 moved from the Washington DC area to South Florida in July of 1998. 1 am a lifelong gaming enthusiast. I am an experienced gamesmaster and have run games at all of the HMGS East conventions. I retain my East membership for gaming purposes. However, I assure you I will be fully devoted to the Rebel Yell and HMGS South. Please feel free to contact me if you have need of further information.
