"Drive on Paris" is one of the most tense and well-balanced games in the SCS series. It offers both sides chances to attack and defend, and the outcome often cannot be decided until the end of the game. In this article I'm going to look at the optimum opening strategies for both sides, as well as offer some general suggestions on how to play and get the most from the system after the first few moves. No two games will be the same, but the principles on how to get the most from the system do not change. These notes are based on using the historical Mob Points -- I think that using these offers the most balanced game for two players who are equally skilled, and if you use free set-up then you have a completely different game.
