In Syria the third brigade was an Indian Brigade. d) Naval Batteries of the same calibre can be combined to form larger batteries. These batteries and the Commandos can only be used in coastal areas of Syria, and need opponents/organisers agreement. e) In 1941 can replace Bren Carriers with Universal type, adding 4 rifle men, 1 Boys, 1x 2" mortar to each carrier section. f) Australian division in North Africa uses Corps and Army support from list B16. g) This list can also be used for Australian and New Zealand divisions operating in Greece in 1941.
