6.Notes

    a) Radios are in all AFV and other PHQs, when working. Artillery is Assigned FC.
    b) Infantry squads have No.68 rifle A/T grenades or No.73 or No.74 A/T grenades.
    c) The Division has 2 Armoured Brigades each with 2-3 Armoured Regiments and 1 Motor Rifle Battalion.
    d) 2pdr fires AP only, 25pdr has no AP round.
    e) Up to half of the Armoured Squadrons fielded must be all Vickers VI.
    f) Carrier is Bren or Scout Carrier. In 1941 can be Universal type. Armoured cars can be used in any mix.
    g) Up to one Armoured troop can be equipped with Covananters as trials unit.
    h) Divisional AA batteries must be deployed around the artillery.
    i) For a division based in England, replace tanks with a total of 10 squadons of Valentine 1 or 2 Regiments of Covananter and 3 Regiments of Vickers VIB. Also replace 37mm Bofors portee with towed 2pdr.
    j) In 1941 the LRDG patrols can replace the Boys and 37mm Bofors with .50" Vickers and/or 20mm Breda cannon.
    k) If fighting around the Suez or Cairo, can use Egyptian forces from list AF6 as Army support.
