First-time contributor Adam Stone of Sydney has reviewed a few of the figure ranges available in Australia. Having spend a few of my hard earned buckaroonies on stuff of late I thought I would offer some comments on them below: Battalion Miniatures This is another Australian company who do universal 25mm figures that can be used for Young Guard and some of the German allies like Westphalia and Saxony. They have just done a Bavarian range and the Danish are on the way. They are a very nice figure and will sit well with Foundry figures. They are all in the standard march attack pose, so you don't get that animation but overall I am impressed and will be getting some Bavarians at least. Prices are good at $17.50 for a command bag of 10 and $16.50 for a line troop bag of 10. Check them out on the web on: www.nlc.net.au/~gamesarena/ or call Andrew Rowland on 02 4385 5930.
