SERPENT SQUADS 9 Points Per Model
Your army may include any number of freshly recruited Serpent squads.

SQUAD A squad consists of between 5 and 10 models. Squads may not be split.
WEAPONS Las Pistol
ARMOR Mesh armor (5+ save).
WARGEAR Any models may have any weapons from the Assault Weapons section of the Eldar Wargear list. Any models may have lasguns at a cost of 2 points or shuriken catapults at a cost of 5 points per model. One model may be given a weapon from the Special Weapons list. The entire squad may have one grenade type chosen from the Squad Grenades list at the listed cost per pirate.
VIPER SQUADS 16 Points Per Model
Your army may include one Viper squad for every two Serpent squads.

COBRA SQUADS 28 Points Per Model
Cobra squads are made up of the most experienced and bloodthirsty pirates, veterans of many raids and actions. Your army may include one Cobra squad for every Viper squad.

The entire squad may have jump packs at 5 points per model.
DRAGON SQUADS 9 Points Per Model
Your army may include one Dragon squad for each Serpent squad. Dragon squads provide heavy weapons support for the pirate band.

SCOUT SQUADS 23 Points Per Model
Your army may include 1 Scout squad per 1000 points of Eldar Pirates (FRU).

SQUAD A squad consists of between 3 and 7 models.
WEAPONS Needle sniper rifle; laspistol.
ARMOR Mesh armor (5+ save).
WARGEAR Any models may have additional weapons chosen from the Assault Weapons section of the Eldar Wargear list. One model may have a weapon from the Special Weapons section of the Wargear list. The entire squad may be given Frag, Blind, and/or Photon grenades at a cost of 2 points per model per grenade type and/or Krak grenades at 3 points per model. SUPPORT The entire Scout squad may be equipped with jump packs for 5 points per model.
SPECIAL
Infiltration. Pirate Scouts may use the Infiltration rule as described in the Warhammer rulebook.
Dispersed Formation. Pirate Scouts may use dispersed formation as described in the Squads section of the Warhammer rulebook.
SQUAD GRENADES
All members of a squad must carry the same grenade type/types. All squad types may be given Frag (2 points per model) and/or Krak (3 points per model) grenades. Viper and Cobra squads may also be given Photon Flash grenades (2 points per model) and Cobra squads may be given plasma grenades (3 points per model).
JET BIKES
Any Pirate squad (except for Dragon squads) may be mounted on jet bikes at 20 points per pirate. Up to one in five jet bikes may be upgraded to a single shuriken cannon (+ 10 points per jet bike). Eldar pirate jet bike points are included in the Squads section of your army list.
