We present a series of drawings giving complete uniform details for each of the Russian Uhlan regiments. The data comes in two parts: (1) a table covering, each regiment's colors,, facings, etc., on pages 42 &1 48; (2) diagrams showing all the uniform details on pages 43,47, and 49. Note: The Vladimir, Taganrog, and Serpukhov Regiments had bi-colored lance pennants. In the diagram, only the left part of the pennant is shown. The right side, had the same colors, but filling the opposite stripes. The kurtka, schabraque (after 1808), the girdle crown of the fatigue cap, and the "pantalon hongrois" were always dark blue. The riding breeches were always gray with gray buttons down the outer seams before 1814. After 1814 they remained gray, but had a stripe on the outer seam. The lapels, cuffs, piping of the belt, stripes, piping and monogram of the schabraque (after 1808), the piping on the tails, and the piping on the kurtka were always the same color as the basic uniform cloth.
