The "Odds and Ends File" is designed to be a place to put all of those one-off variations on the official TO&Es that one discovers during research. If a game is being played with one of these units, then the variation fisted could be used to change in some way the unit's TO&E. These variations should only be used for the unit in question, and not for all units of that type. Examples are sought from the readership, but all items presented, including my own, will need a source to back them up.
