Simulations Design Corporation has just brought out this set of four 15 3/4"x33" reversible hex sheets. The hexes are one inch across, from side to parallel side. Each sheet is "European" (medium) green with white hexes on one side and "Desert Brown" (yellowish tan) on the other side. They can be taped together either end-to-end or side-by-side to form larger sheets. These hex sheets could be used for designing your own board games, but they are especially well suited, due to their colors and the size of the hexes, for use with 1:285 or 1:300 scale armor miniatures, as a tank in that scale will just fit into one hex. The package of four sheets sells for $4.50 and is available from Panzerfaust Publications, PO Box 896, Fallbrook CA 92028. Thumbnail Analysis
