Editorial

by George Phillies, Editor and Co-Founder

I am pleased to report that with a little friction the transfer of publisher has taken place. The usual difficulty with negotiation with printers involved the weight of the paper; through no fault of our new publisher, the previous printer ran -S- on 24 pound paper, thus pushing us well over one ounce and 33 cents postage.

On the further bright side, Brian Train has stated that he will run Editor this year. I have offered to help him find articles, but my two year sentence as Editor is coming to an end.

Finally, after a very large number of years with the same dues, all good things must come to in end. There is no possibility of publishing with dues of $11.99 per year. Based on the numbers, I am asking Directorate to increase dues to $15 per year.
