In keeping with the duties and responsibilities of my office , I hereby take this moment to inform you that I choose-at this time- to ask that the required report of Region 2 activities be delayed until such a time as my Strategist pleas for volunteers might prove fruitful .

As I stated in my last Committee Report to you (Play-By-Mail), my obligations at work are such that I cannot, for the foreseeable future, envision my active participation in regional Club or Convention gatherings. As such , any valuable material that might have been gained from this will be lost; and my reports be rather flat and devoid of meaningful content. I wish to avoid this. It is my sincere hopes that persons will step forward to help support and buoy the various Committees and Regions. I would ask that until such a time as this occurs , or my own schedule relaxes somewhat to enable my participation in Regional activities, that the required Report from the Regional Director be temporarily deferred.
