We don't have an advertising budget. I am at my own expense embarked in a campaign to mail copies of -S- to known game clubs around the country. After a cycle or two of this I will start working on them to join. I am initiating discussions with the National Fantasy Fan Federation on a scheme whereby which we will each mail the other side's fliers to conventions at the same time that we mail our own. This will require having a flier ready, as may soon be the case. Direct mail is slow. The large national organization to which I belong estimates that 7 cycles of direct mail reminders still provide significant positive response.
