Boulder Games

Clarification

by Mark L. Bakke

Mark Bakke writes: I appreciate being credited with article under "Industry News" last issue, but proper credit belongs to Jim Sandefur of Boulder Games. The quoted article is from his newsletter which I carry on my web site. My association with Jim and Boulder Games is that I provide the web site hosting for his newsletter and price list. I do this as a service to the wargaming community and as a favor to Jim for the terrific service I've received for many years as a customer of Boulder Games --especially during my 15-month tour of duty in Turkey in 1993 and 1994. The URL given in the article is for my site's main entrance page from which there is a prominent link to the Boulder Games pages. The exact URL for the Boulder Games newsletter is http://home.earth link.net/~mlbakke1/boulderg.htm

My personal wargaming-related work consists of the Wargamers' Homepage Listing (WHL) and the rules to Grognard: The Collectable Card Game (GCCG). The WHL is an extensive index to the personal sites of wargamers who have wargaming-related resources available that is of interest to gamers. GCCG is a set of rules (work still in progress) for a card game that is a parody of the wargaming hobby and of the CCG phenomenon in general. Both the WHL and GCCG can be easily accessed via links from my site's entrance page at http://home.earth link.net/~mlbakke1. But thanks for the site plug!
