Celestial Empire/Pelic Quest/Starweb Does anyone remember these games? I have started a Yahoo discussion group at: clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/spacechess The site owner has found the old Celestial Empire source code and is going to try to make a DOS version of that game. They are kind of dated. However, they do emphasize planning and logic.
