Elections are now underway for all SGS Offices. Nominations to date include President - Ken Ellis; Vice President - Brian Train; Membership Secretary - Brian Train; Editor - George Phillies, Treasurer - George Phillies, and Region 7 Regional Director - Andy York. Long-time member (and world's greatest Anzio player) Tom Oleson has agreed to serve as Elections Officer.

While I was not elected Treasurer, I have had charge of the Treasury. By my calculation, we have approximately $1940 in the bank or cash on hand, and $263 in the Editor's Advance Account. My calculations indicate that this total is adequate to liquidate, on a pro rata basis, the Society's obligations to individual members, should the Society choose to cease operations, an eventuality I do not presently expect.
