Just thought I would give you an update for the next Strategist. As of today, the SGS Web page has registered just over 1,375 hits since 1 June 98. I feel confident in predicting that it will have had well over 1,500 hits by the next issue.

I have also taken steps to incorporate the SGS page into the "Wargamer's Ring", a linked collection of over 250 pages related to wargaming, from on-line game shops to gamer's personal web pages.

I have also set up an SGS discussion group on the "Consim Cafe" area of the ConsimWorld Discussion Board. Anyone can post stuff there concerning theSGS, also a good way for members to get in touch with each other. I would not worry about the dread disease [vicious attacks on the club] - this is not likely to be a high-traffic chat area, and I am sure the sysop John Kranz (an SGS man himself) can boot Williams from a high window if anything untoward happens.

The URL for ConsimWorld is http://www.consimworld.com/webx. Users login and can go to any number of areas from there. It's free.

Sixteen pages in the latest -S-. Thought you were aiming for 24? [I missed.] And you didn't have to print my variant counters twice - one sheet was enough!Hope your summer is going well - it's just about over up here, back to sweaters.
