The publishing of the December issue went fairly smoothly, if a little later than I would have wished. The page masters arrived from the Editor on December 8th and were in the print shop on the 9th. I specifically requested that they he completed on December 12th, first to avoid any possible "Rush charges" and secondly because I knew I would not do anything with them before that(I am a community member in a local community college chorus and there were two concerts over the weekend.) When placing the order, I had mentioned the fact that there was to be no setup charge, and when paying the bill, there was none! Score one for the good guys! All foreign copies were sent out on December 12th and all domestic copies by December 15th, including a small herd of people who had requested sample copies from the Treasurer. I even sent a couple samples out to a couple garners I know. Now for a complete change of subject-- it should be noted that the Editor made a severe mistake in the third line of his editorial! He stated that I would grovel at the feet of the members and this is WRONG! Cringe maybe but grovel--NEVER! I hope your holidays (of whatever background) were great and that 1995 is EXCELLENT for you.
