Hello people, its Election time! Actually we will cast our votes next month. Our election process is spread over several issues of -S- and since I mailed the last issue a little lat.e I had to delay this issue about a week to allow ample time for George to get the nominations in. Since we did not call for nominations in October there are some of the regional positions with no nominations. If you would like to nominate someone for these or any other post you need to contact George ASAP. This will give George time to contact these people and find out if they will accept the nomination.

The Press Date for the next issues' articles will remain the 15th of NOV but I will give George an extra week or so to prepare the ballot. The side effect of this will mean that the next issue will probably be delayed for a week also. This does not mean an additional week of delay but merely an unfortunate repetitive delay of about a week for OCT, NOV, and DEC. Please bear with us during this time as we are breaking in a new publisher for the -S- and this will naturally add a few days to our delivery time. I hope to return to edit -S- with your support, and I should get back on track by January. If the delay caused by the publishing change warrants the further moving of the press date then so be it.
