Hey dudes and dudettes! I hope you enjoyed the last issue. The Bylaws are your friend, read em, eat em, use em for toilet paper, but don't sleep with them. This issue may be a little late as I have been busy with business and community matters lately. The good news for members is that our esteemed colleague Leslie Geraty has agreed to take over publishing the STRATEGIST with the next issue.

We should save $20 to $25 dollars an issue and have a larger amount of back issues available for sale with this changeover. George , Leslie, and myself will be working toward consolidating all the available back issues of -S- in one place to improve your chances of getting them.

Our elections are imminent so send your nominations to our treasurer for compilation. Also any one interested in making campaign speeches should consider getting them to me ASAP. Hah! I got that issue of Kharkov for a few measly bucks! Come on you wimps, scare out the competition in the Auction, let's see some real bidding for these gems.
