Stalingrad Tournament The Stalingrad Tournament is underway. I have some takers for the Magic: The Gathering Tournament. If you still want to play Titan, please let me know; I gather there is some interest out there. flow about (i) Titan, (ii) GDW Eylau? Any tournaments-by-request? Marriage Long-time SCS member Richard Cutchkunst reports his imminent marriage. Pressures of time force his resignation from SGS offices. Also, it will be a while before more counters are available. Publisher Wanted Esteemed members! Your Treasurer has a request. We have a new Editor, Ken Ellis, whose work you have seen. Traditionally the Editor also serves as publisher. However, Ken is not in a large city, and local copying is expensive. Indeed, it is so expensive that if someone in an area with cheap copying wanted to assume the responsibility of publishing Strategist, the club could save money. The need is for someone who lives in an area where copying is 3 or 3.5 cents per page. In this scheme, Ken would prepare the masters (10 sheets, 11x17") and Express-Mail the masters to the publisher. The publisher would then have Strategist copied, do the collation, stapling, addressing, and stamping, and mail the issues. The Treasurer prepares the mailing labels every month; the publisher would only need to attach the labels and stamps to each issue. Please contact the Editor if you would be interested. Press Date Press Date for the next issue of the Strategist is September 15 1994. Submit your articles by September 15 to get them into the next issue.
