33.0 FALL BLAU
A 1942 SCENARIO

Having failed to reach a strategic decision in 1941 and surviving the Russian winter counteroffensive, the German Army prepared for the 1942 summer offensive. With the United States in the war and the Allies beginning to amass greatly superior forces, the Wehrmacht realized that Fall Blau was its last chance to win the war.

Soviet Armor Reinforcements

Prior to APR 1, 1942, Soviet tank and motorized units do not have a reduced strength side.

Beginning APR 1, 1942, all Soviet tank reinforcements (only) do have a reduced strength side. Beginning APR 1, 1942 for each TK XXX reinforcement received, one pre-1942 TK XXX must be withdrawn. If the TK XXX being withdrawn is currently in play, the Soviet player receives an equivalent number of armor RPs.

NOTE: Only tank corps with reduced strength sides may be upgraded.

33.33 Soviet Militia

The Militia for Leningrad, Moscow, and Rostov have already been generated.
