Maurice gaming with Imagi-Nations armies
One thought I am having these days is about the possibility of running a Maurice game, with nice 28mm units. The effort may not be that huge and the suggestion is coming from Sam Mustafa himself. He says in his rulebook of using the same Danish Foot Guards, yellow-clad unit, every time he wishes to have an Elite unit in his army. The main reason being that this unit is so fancy!
So in the end, summing all my efforts in the coming Revolutionary Austrian units, the yet-to-be-finished Seven Years War Prussians which the good Alessandro had started painting, plus some additional unit I am buying, adding any possible nation who fought the SYW (also add the Austrian Succession ?), it should become possible to play an Imagi-Nation battle set in the “Guerre en dentelle” period. Let us try!
Here I will put my units as they are bought and when become ready.
An excellent source of Seven Year’s War history, uniforms.
