The Picket Line
Rules Review by Paul Price
J.E.B.! is an old set of rules written in 1975 by Scotty Bowden, but it still appears at some game conventions as the set of choice of some groups. This may be because J.E.B.! is a fairly straight-forward set of rules. Also, it may be because J.E.B.! is of below-average complexity compared to most current sets of rules. As a consequence, I'd recommend these rules to beginning gamers or to gamers who want a set of rules of below-average complexity. Unfortunately, I do not think J.E.B.! is available from the publisher any more. Maybe Scotty Bowden knows! Other Reviews:
