1993 begins the seventh year of publication for The Zouave. It marks my second year as editor and I am pleased and excited to announce that starting with our next issue - Summer'93 - we will expand the size of The Zouave to 24 pages! Member article submissions, since the Winter '92 issue, have increased and we are ready to expand - let's keep the articles coming. We could use some photographs for our covers can anyone help? In this issue are two scenarios, member letters, rules review, a book review, thoughts on horse colors, an interesting article on Civil War bugle calls, and more. Magazines function primarilly as a result of reader input. With this in mind I am seeking ideas from members as to thoughts on how our magazine can be more meaningfu1 in its relation to gaming the ACW period. Our goal is to provide the best possible "product" for you. We are a band of brothers...
