I purchased this booklet recently and am greatly impressed. It provides a concise, authentic, and colorful reference guide to the battle. I called Chris Caldwell and found the following; original maps from the Library of Congress are used and books are prepared in cooperation with park historians. The next issue, scheduled for distribution this fall, deals with the Battle of Antietam and South Mountain, with Fredricksburg planned for this winter.
