Unidentified Confederate Officer
This carte-de-visite photo is of an unidentified Confederate Officer in somewhat unusual uniform. Note the belt buckle and what appeared to be a derby hat with a plume. The image was probably taken while this officer was a prisoner of war. Who says ACW uniforms were dull?
