ON THE COVER is a section of Confederate field artillery already in action. The building is a 25mm wooden kit manufactured and marketed by H. G. WALLS and painted by Ivor Janci. The figures are the large 25mm types. The front most gun is being ban died by figures from THE FIRING LINE, whereas the rear piece is being served 4y BICORNE and OLD GLORY gunners. The limber is also an OLD GLORY offering. The officer on horseback is from THE FOUNDRY.

All of the figures were painted by THE COMMAND POST except for the mounted officer who was painted by Curt Campbell. Photographed by Ivor Janci in natural light with a 35mm Pentax using 100ISO print film at settings of 112-1115 seconds and P-stop of 16-22.
